I've been eyeing for some paper lamps for my new apartment, so I bought 2 paper lamps last month. The lamps are made of great quality as far as i can tell. I have the zephyr floor lamp and the round pendant light. The zephyr lamp has gotten a lot of compliments from my friends at mu housewarming! They offer 30 day returns but you need to pay for your own return shipping, but they offer a ~$10 insurance thing so your return can be covered if you change your mind. I swapped the size of my round pendant light and it was an easy process. Overall good experience with this brand.

This company is making rip-offs of Noguchi lamps which is why I decided to purchase it. But the quality was far, far below what was in the images and far less than even the discounted price I was offered. I know, though, that you get what you don't pay for. But, when I decided I'd rather just get something more high-quality, the returns process was a form that turns out is a total ripoff. They are only giving me back $30-40 of what was originally a $70 lamp due to a "handling fee". Do not bother with this place-- the quality begins and ends with the nice website and photos. It's a complete rip off and it's scam policies are buried in paragraphs of text.
