Painting are « quick » and fast
Painting are « quick » and fast. Therefore details and technicity level of the paintings are quite poor. Finally I have erased and redone the whole painting by myself.

Dear Chalopin, We are truly sorry to hear that your painting did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your honest feedback. At HueMaster, every painting is created by hand by our artists, and we always strive to deliver artwork with the quality and craftsmanship shown in our product images. We are disappointed to learn that you felt the level of detail and technique was below your expectations, and even more so that you felt the need to repaint the artwork yourself. This is certainly not the experience we want for any customer. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your order and understand what happened. Can you share more with us? Your feedback will help us review the artist's work and continue improving our quality standards. Thank you again for your feedback. We sincerely hope you'll give us the chance to make things right. Warm regards, HueMaster Team
