I paid for express shipping that would deliver my package within 4-7. It took 1 month and 3 weeks to arrive and during which I bought another one locally because I needed it within the time frame. I do not expect excuses about Covid delays anymore. They should not charge Express Shipping if they cannot guarantee on time delivery during this time.

Edit: your reply is completely unprofessional and not true at all and I am still waiting on a refund even AFTER RETURNING MY ITEM THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU VIA UPS. Horrible shady company! I've been trying to reach them since September 2nd via email, instagram, Facebook with no answer about returning my huedrum! Then I write a review on their page and they blocked me from their Facebook page. Disputed the charge with my bank. Horrible, shady company that will steal your money!!

Hello Trinz, Thank you for your review. I'm really sorry to hear about your troubles. But calling us "shady" and accusing us of "stealing your money" is completely false. You purchased a drum from us, which was delivered in under a week. You then decided that you don't like the drum. So you emailed us, and we asked you to send it back to us for a full refund. You then became angry that we wouldn't pay for your return shipping. It states in our refund policy that you are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. https://huedrum.com/pages/refunds Since we've already covered shipping costs one way I'm not sure why you have expected us to cover the shipping back. We have sent you instructions on how to return your item to us multiple times. Now you have simply insulted us and accused us of something which not even slightly is true including the entire title of this "review". I hope you will reconsider your score since it is simply not fair toward us. Best regards HueDrum Customer support

Ordered on April 12, 2020. Researched it to see if domestic US. Autoresponders said 5-9 days delivery. Very disappointed. I finally received it July 3rd, over 10 weeks later. The Covid issue does not hold water as I ordered a second drum a week later and received it a month later. Hue Drum offered a discount, however, I would have made different decisions if there was info on colors in stock versus out of stock. Modern technology allows businesses to communicate with buyers real time for a pleasant experience. Do better.
