Service is terrible has been 6 weeks and no order!!! Very disappointed.

Haven’t received anything. Not even a dispatch or shipping notification

I ordered my hue drum 2 weeks ago and all I have received is an order confirmation. I haven’t received it hasn’t even been shipped yet and when I reached out to the hue drum team asking when I should be receiving it they gave me a vague response saying “your order is confirmed and you will receive a notification when it ships”

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from the company after reaching out 3 different times for shipping notification.

I will say that the drum itself is wonderful, high quality, and sounds great. The service however is extremely slow. I ordered this months ahead of time of an event. I noticed the mallets were missing. I'm not sure if it's standard policy to ask confirmation, but they repeatedly would ask me to confirm if an item was missing. With the lengthy response time to each email I still likely won't have all the parts I purchased almost 2 months later, past the event where I wanted to gift it. Again, the product is fantastic, but since the mallets that are supposed to come inside the strap were forgotten, it has been a long process to communicate with the company.

Do not recommend. I purchased and never received the drum. I messaged several times and received a message back after a week saying it was on the way. Now with that said, much to my surprise I suddenly received a refund with no explanation. So it could have been worse. I was very disappointed.

Product not delivered. No answer to my e-mail concerning the possibility to deliver to another adress...
