TL;DR: Arrived three months after placing my order. Multiple attempts to cancel were denied, despite being out of compliance with FTC regulations. My order confirmation email stated a shipping/delivery window of 4-10 business days. Two weeks after placing my order, I emailed customer service requesting an update. They assured me my order would ship within another 1-2 business days. A month after placing my order, with no shipment update, I checked TrustPilot, only to discover that so many others had had similar experiences. I emailed customer service again to cancel my order. Customer service stated that they forwarded my email to 'the relevant department'. A week later (five weeks after placing my order), I got an email saying my order had shipped... from China. Again, I demanded that my order be canceled, to no avail. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The company never responded to requests from my cc and the dispute was closed in my favor. My order - which I clearly stated I no longer wanted and tried to cancel multiple times - arrived six weeks after getting the shipping confirmation email, and nearly THREE MONTHS after placing my order. What I later learned via the FTC website: - A seller has to ship your order within the time it says it will, and if it doesn't promise a time, it has to ship your order within 30 days of when you place it. (HueDrum did not meet either of these thresholds) - If the seller can't ship within the promised time, it must tell you, and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund. They ended up giving me a free drum and caused such a mess with their horrible customer service that now I'm adding to the cacophony of dissatisfied reviews here, along with filing complaints with the BBB and FTC. This all could have been avoided had they honored my initial request for cancelation. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. The website lies about shipping times (when it will be shipped and how long it takes to be shipped). After waiting two weeks I asked to cancel the order and refuse. I threatened to initiate a charge back through my credit card and was promptly sent a shipping confirmation that is coming from China and shows no movement. Avoid this company at all costs.

This place is an absolute scam. Do NOT order from them. I paid $85 for a gift for a friend’s baby and they did not even ship it out. Their tracking links don’t work. Gift has still not been sent or received, over five weeks later. They claimed 3-6 business day delivery. They stole my money. Update: I filed a claim against them with my bank and guess what? The order was delivered.

Ordered a drum before Christmas, never received my drum. Told I would receive a refund that never arrived. Will be in the area in a month or so on business and will meet with the person running this scam. We are going to dance and that is a promise.

do not order from this company!! I wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered from this company. They are a scam. I ordered from them weeks ago and they keep telling me that they're going to send me tracking information and never do. The next call I make will be to my credit card company to get my money back.

This company seems to be a scam. I received a note in December that the drum was packed and ready to be shipped. After my first inquiry they told me that the delivery date was now by the end of January. After this date passed and I inquired again, they suggested I receive a 30% refund. Take it or leave it . I suggested they ship the drum. As of today, March 12 2023 I have not heard from them nor did I receive the product.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered this item, which I thought was legit. Had tons of marketing etc. Have contacted company and received a response stating that order would be shipping within the next week, that was mid Feb and I ordered the item Jan 1st. I sent another email this week inquiring with no response. Was reading online that complaints can be filed with the Federal Trade Commission so will be pursuing that as well as contacting my credit card company to see if they can do anything to refund me or provide guidance as to how to file other complaints against the company.

Ordered Dec. 2022, it is now Feb. 2023, never received it.
