Great garment, poor communication
The garment is great, and the ethos of the company admirable. It arrived within 3-4 weeks, so was well within the promised delivery time. Be prepared, though, for very little communication. I placed the order and received no acknowledgement whatsoever. I began to wonder if I had been scammed because the money (in USD) was deducted from my account immediately. There’s no way to see whether your order has been received, is in progress, or whatever. My attempts to contact the company were fruitless. Eventually, an email was received indicated that the item had been shipped. I breathed a sigh of relief! Eventually it came, and I’m delighted.
