I personally do not like using a timed…
I personally do not like using a timed tracker at my job, but alas, it's what I have to do to stay employed.

Hi Tara! We understand the hesitation in using a tracker. Hubstaff works like a traditional time clock system that’s installed on a desktop or mobile device. You decide when to start the timer, and can easily stop it whenever you need to do something else. Rest assured, the app only captures proof of work (screenshots, app and URL tracking, and activity rates) if your organization has these features turned on and you’re actively tracking time. pos company first they charged 150$ for a free trial i canceled, and then they refunded then, only for a week later to charge me again.

Terrible experience
This experience with Hubstaff is terrible. First, there was a problem with Pay, and now there's an issue with verification. I had already received my payment, and now they are asking to verify my account again. I don't know what's going on. Fortunately, I have PayPal as an option, so I can request my pay to be sent there.

Moving to new S/W
Testing the software for 4 months now. Issues with QBO, technical support have not addressed the issue. We are moving to a new SW.

You cant cancel
If I could give them a 0 I would. Good luck canceling with them. They make it impossible and then they still charge you. I wanted to cancel my subscription FOUR days before trial ended. No option to do it on their website. You have to contact them. When you do, ofc you dont get an immediate response. When you get a response, they still dont cancel it for you. They give a bunch of explanation and still ask you if you want to keep the plan! When you respond NO, by the time they cancel your plan, your subscription has gone through and they charge you for the whole year! This is absolute FRAUD! This type of business behavior should not be allowed!

If you are unhappy, for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of choosing a paid plan. (https://hubstaff.com/refund_policy) After looking through our system, I see that your organization was archived, therefore, your subscription was canceled. This was done on June 16, 2023, the same date your trial came to an end, however, the cancellation process took place a few hours after the charges were processed. I also verified that a full refund has been processed for you, and will be reflected on your method of payment between 5 - 10 days.
