Worst ever thing developed only to eat employees salaries and wages. I don't know who are the evil minds behind its creation. This software hangs up in the middle of work. Takes no screenshot when you work, and your employer keeps barking at you that we are deceiving and chilling in all those hours. When we check it, its actually crashed. so whos fault is it? the employee who is continuously working for hours in trusting this software that it is recording its work? the evil employer who want to micromanage every single click of their workers? Or this scammy software makers?

I started using Hubstaff after struggling to get my time sheets complete. I found that the app wasn't what i needed to solve this problem. So I followed the instructions on the portal to try and cancel the subscription at the end of June expecting there to be a 30 day cancellation period and not be recharged. I was charged until November when i realized that i was still being charged on my credit card statement. I rang American Express and disputed the charges and put a stop to any future charges. I have now spent many hours probably 40 hours trying to get the charge of £33.96 refunded. I received a email from Tyler Sellhorn - Director of Customer Experience after I gave poor feedback but still have not received a refund. I have had to send a email to support constantly for the last 2 months will little movement either way. Hubstaff had advised that my account was not cancelled but moved to a "free" account. If it is a free account why have i continued to be charged. I am disappointed i ever signed up. Hubstaff did offer me 40% discount or a month free trial if i came back. But after lack of response from Tyler Sellhorn and the refusal to refund the charges i don't feel this is a trust worthy company to work with. The software for Android was very limited and did not record the correct times. I moved to SmarterTime for Android which is much better, has better functionality and is also free of charge.

I am not doing something correct. I need some help here.

I am very upset that Hubstaff was taking screenshots of my desktop without my consent. No where from the homepage to the point of downloading the app does it explicitly inform you that that is what it is doing. I only found out by chance.

Did do a Subscription for Hubstaff to try it out more on a Premium plan. Turned it was not 10 USD/per month if you have one user you are billed min 2 users and 20 USD per month.

I work remotely because I don't like the constrictive work environment. Now there's a service to bring the horrors of the modern office to your home - Hubstaff. The software works fine for what it is. But goddamn guys, you dun goofed it for all of us. Thanks (I'm positively soaked in sarcasm).
