JCPENNEY Order Shipped
Purchased a brand new Beautyrest mattress from JCPENNEY. Hub Group was assigned the shipping provider to perform white glove delivery service and old mattress removal. Mattress came super early than expected which was a nice surprise. HubGroup did not do the final mile portion of the delivery probably because I’m in West Virginia. They transferred it to Lambert Tranafer who did a great job delivering the new mattress. They were profressional and super friendly.

The product was delivered on time
I was notified in advance that the delivery truck was on its way. The product was delivered on time. The delivery crew unloaded and assembled product. There were no problems there. As far as I'm concerned, all went well.

Smooth and Efficient!
We had a surprising large box delivered with two chairs in it. We received a text about 30 minutes or so before the delivery. We met the delivery guys at the door and asked them to place the box inside, which they did without any issue. They were very quick, polite, and efficient! The box was in perfect condition.

Great delivery experience
I purchased a dishwasher with ABT and it was delivered by the Hub group. Everything went smoothly. I received texts and emails almost daily to let me know the arrival time. When the driver showed up, they were very nice and brought the dishwasher into the house. They were in and out in under 5 minutes. Great job
