Actually unbelievable experience. Immediate responses whether calling or texting. My watch was shipped, overnight, same day as payment (and I'm on the west coast two hours behind them!), and cost was included in the quoted price. Watch came in better condition than described, with all advertised accessories. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing a watch.
