With this situation, I would have appreciated a discussion as to how the descrepancy was going to be handled prior to running a special payroll. I was not given a choice before the fact. It worked out in my situation but if this would have involved another employee it may have not gone as well. Next time, I would appreciate a phone call prior to the special payroll being run.

I appreciate Noman's professional and prompt service. However, I just spoke with my accounting person. She still cannot access the payroll report! This was the third time I addressed this matter. So I am not sure if it is the inability of tech people or something wrong with the software!
