Malika was very helpful

I had a question about rolling over sick time vs vacation time and another question about whether we pay out unused hours upon dismissal of an employee. Uroosa was very thorough with their explanation. It always makes me feel better to know that people with actual knowledge of the state laws are looking out for me.

Uroosa was very flexible and helpful since I'm not in the physical office. And she followed up to let me know that everything was resolved.

We faced an unexpected urgent payroll issue with a very short deadline. The team stepped in immediately and assisted us. Their communication was clear, and they took the stress off our shoulders. Outstanding service when we needed it most!
