I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved recognition. We recently transitioned payroll from Assured to Gusto across all three of our offices. As with any major payroll transition, there were several issues that needed to be worked through along the way. Saamia Fatima was instrumental in helping us successfully navigate the entire process. What stood out most was Saamia’s exceptional customer service, responsiveness, and follow-through. She stayed involved, helped us work through each issue, and made sure things continued moving forward until all three offices were successfully transitioned. Having someone who takes ownership and follows through makes an enormous difference during a complicated transition like this. We truly appreciate Saamia’s professionalism, patience, and commitment to getting everything resolved. Thank you, Saamia, for the exceptional support!

The person helping me understood exactly what my question was and how to solve the issue. She was knowledgeable, quick to come up with the solution, and clear in her directions to me.
