Uroosa was great!! She went thru the steps I needed to get the handbook updated in my different companies. Very pleasant and made me feel accomplished- like I did it (but actually you guys did).

Stephanie helped correct an issue with my payroll and basically took care of everything on the back end so all I did was follow the instructions. she has helped with with other issues in the past, always friendly and helpful and goes above and beoynd to take care of me.
