About The High Performance Health Program - By Andrew Marsham
I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in.After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us.We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. When heart disease, cancer, dementia or metabolic diseases take hold they shorten our lives and destroy our quality of life. We want to be at the front lines of preventing disease, minimising the risks of our clients getting them and even reversing them for those who may already have some health compl

The big difference between this and other programs is the accountability and flexibility. The weekly check-ins with my trainer, Steve Nesrallah, push me to complete the workouts and log my meals, even on days when before I might have made and excuse not to. And he has been great about diet suggestions and adding body weight only routines when I'm traveling and there is no exercise equipment. I'm in the best shape I've been in years and it is still early days.

high performance health program
I joined the program in April after failing too many times on my own, determined to finally get back in shape. This program provided the exact structure, education, and accountability I desperately needed.
My coach, Scott, has been a perfect match. He makes my health goals feel completely attainable through highly detailed workouts and custom diet adjustments. Since I use a home gym with basic equipment, I love that this program proves you don't need an expensive gym membership to get incredible results.
Scott and I connect weekly via Zoom and message constantly through the app. This isn’t a "one-and-done" template; it’s a fluid, evolving process tailored entirely to my progress. Thanks to his instruction, I’ve lost 20 pounds in just over 4 months and am closing in on 15% body fat. My diet is clean, my sleep is great, and my motivation is higher than ever as we transition into my next phase: packing on lean muscle.
This is truly a concierge service and a smart investment in long-term health and wellness. I cannot recommend Scott and the program enough!

Comprehensive and complete program
Since beginning the hype performance program, I’ve seen significant improvement in all aspects of my health. I’m not an athlete, rather a 70-year-old recently retired physician. After years of putting patients first, I realized it was time to really work on my general health. This program is everything it claims to be. At the heart of the program is the trainer/coach check-ins that occur weekly. My coach David is everything I would’ve hoped for and it’s the glue that makes the program work for me. He is professional, encouraging, attentive, and listens. I’ve never found him judgmental; he pushes me when I need to be pushed and commiserates with me if I’m having issues. The program is dynamic and my coach David is key to make it happen. Based on my feedback he adjust my program through the app and generally has my personalized program updated within 30 minutes of our check-in.
The program itself runs through the app which is excellent. It app has the ability to pull in your personal vital statistics from things like an Apple Watch or other health monitoring devices that you can wear these days allowing you to monitor your progress. You can even download pictures of yourself to see your physical appearance changes.
As a primary physician who provided general health guidance for years (I’m a pediatrician so my guidance was based on a different age group), I can affirm that the program is health science based. I have been impressed by how well the program conforms to best practices as I review and compare the program to my own ongoing review of health routines and recommendations for my age group. A 70-year-old goals and needs are different than a 15 or 20 or 30 year-old etc.. I feel that David does an excellent job tailoring and tweaking the program for me using my goals, performance reporting and age.
The app is easy to negotiate and impressively complete. It has nutritional guidance and includes a daily caloric counter based on self reporting and also includes a large library of known entrées with embedded calorie counts. We all know nutrition is the fuel that runs us and helps me work on my weight reduction. It has daily meal selections to help one eat well and a specific again to your taste and needs. I’ve chosen to work off a more Mediterranean diet and my daily meal recommendations reflect this.
The app’s calendar is easy to manipulate and report for both meals and physical routines which change daily. The exercise routines are well mapped out and are complemented with videos showing you proper motion and technique, which is key when beginning a new exercise routine. Once you have the routine down, you simply follow the routine and either check off the boxes as complete or you can detail specifics of your routine with a number of reps and resistance used as appropriate allowing detailed progress of weights, reps and resistance. In the calendar mode, the app allows you to review your weekly routine by day and allows you to flip days if your week demands still giving you the ability to maintain heavy, light and recovery days providing consistency for maximum results.
I love how well the program is tailored to my needs. My daily routine includes mobility, stretch and balance that address my needs as a 70-year-old. Then, depending on the day of the week, the daily task will emphasizing weight training, resistance and/or aerobics to help me with my cardiac health and endurance. In my case, I have access to a recumbent bike rowing treadmill so my routines incorporate these pieces of equipment. The program also has alternatives for me to complete when I’m on the road or out of town to meet the same goals.
Now,a little more about my coach, David. First and foremost, he listens to me, giving me suggestions for improvement, encouragement to continue on and alternatives when I need them to do life situations such as being out of town or having medical issues set me from my daily routine. David wants me to succeed which stimulates me to want to push myself and work harder, which is what you want from a coach. He’s also basically a really good guy. If I slack, he’s likely to let me know. He’s also clear about non-negotiable for my success. He’s never been judgemental, which is key for me.
Everyone has the reasons for signing up to a program like this. At the end of the day is up to you to take advantage of the program which clearly incorporates all the tools one needs to be successful while incorporating all the best practices I can find. If you choose to sign up ask for David. I’m sure all the coaches are excellent, but I can only attest to mine. —

I’ve had the pleasure of training with David G
I’ve had the pleasure of training with David for just about one year. In that time, I’ve lost 12 pounds but more importantly, I’ve made material improvements to my strength, flexibility and overall stamina. Unlike other programs that I have tried in the past, David has designed a program that is specifically tailored to my fitness goals and schedule. The program is sustainable and lends itself to a busy work schedule.
David and I regularly discuss my fitness goals and specific areas that need to be targeted. The workouts he has designed for me are challenging and often address areas that I have neglected over time. He also modifies the workouts roughly every 8 weeks to continue to challenge me.
David is always willing to adjust on the fly. If I am going to be traveling or on vacation, he will design a series of workouts that can be done in a hotel gym or on the beach.
Perhaps the best aspect of working with David is the accountability component. We meet weekly to review my workouts, meals I have tracked, and any changes that are needed to improve performance. This aspect of the program is critical - at least for me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly the direction I needed
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exactly the direction I needed
Before joining High Performance Health, I was stuck in a rut — I knew I needed to get in better shape as I got older, but I didn't have a clear plan for exercise or nutrition, and every time I tried something on my own it fizzled out after a few weeks.
Working with my coach changed that completely. They took the guesswork out of it — building a program that actually fit my schedule and starting point, and holding me accountable when motivation dipped. The nutrition guidance was just as valuable as the workouts; small, sustainable changes instead of a crash diet I'd never stick to.
Now months in, I'm stronger, leaner, and have noticeably more energy day to day. Just as important, I've built habits I can actually keep long-term instead of another short-lived fitness kick.
If you're a guy who wants to get serious about your health but doesn't know where to start, I'd genuinely recommend High Performance Health. Having a coach in your corner who truly cares makes all the difference.

I’ve been working with Pavol at HPH for…
I’ve been working with Pavol at HPH for several years now. Their program has helped me to become more consistent and balanced with my workouts and eating habits. Most programs stress one change of behavior where this one stresses nutrition, strength training and cardio. For me, it took this combination to get to the level that I’m at now with a consistent weight, improved strength and better cardio. I highly recommend this program for anyone that wants to maintain an active lifestyle well into their retirement years.

Before joining HPH
Before joining HPH, I had lost 30#, and was working out pretty regularly. I had completely stalled in my weight loss, and felt like I was making no progress in my training. I knew I needed some real structure and accountability. Insert HPH, and Steve Nesrallah. Since then, I’m down another 15#, and have started to redefine what my body looks like at 50 years old. I’m currently in the best shape of my life(that I can remember) and cannot wait to see what the next chapter looks like. I’m 9 months in with HPH, and I have not regretted in for a second. I highly recommend this program, if you truly want to change your life.
