Great service, poor process
Great prompt, friendly service, but the process was very disappointing. I've seen small star cracks like mine completely disappear when repaired, but not this one. It actually looks worse than it did. Maybe I expected too much.

Phil we are sorry that the repair was not to your liking. Like we tell every customer, you will still see a repair most of the time they do not disappear like magic. The only way to not see a repair is to do a complete windshield replacement. We make all of our customers aware of this before any work is done. Thank you.
