I returned hoverfly scooter because the size was too large. I sent it back to them April 16 2026 and they still haven't returned my money. Today is May 8, 2026. They told me I should have my within 3-5 business days but I still haven't received it.

My T-3 Hoverfly scooter is absolutely useless for me, because A) the brake cannot handle any but the most gentle slopes in my AZ development, where streets are pretty flat. THERE IS NO PARKING BRAKE, nor AUTO BRAKE! B) it won't fit through my patio doors, my only option. My previous 2 scooters fit easily. The seller has stopped responding because I was rude. YES, after a while, I was.

Bout my scooter a few months ago and I lost my charger on a camping trip and need replacement. Scooter is dead! Sent and called multiple times. Trying to get a charger for a Hovetfly 6Z seat down scooter. Two are listed on your website but can't tell what they go to. So I bout both and neither work. I was also told by customer service rep that you don't carry them! How can that be?! I want to purchase a new charger ASAP (maybe 2 now that I'm in this mess). I want to return the 2 that I purchase from your website that do not work. Please help me.

It was advertised as fitting in a trunk when disassembled into 3 peices and thats why I purchased it. There are no instructions showing how to accomplish this.

A T4 mobility scooter was ordered and delivered within a week. When putting the anti-tip wheels on the back of the scooter we noticed that the unit was cracked with missing pieces and screws. I called and spoke to Erlyn who said Support Team was on a holiday and she would forward them a message. (There is no one available in person to communicate problems within this company.) The Support Team contacted me and I explained the issue with pictures and requesting to return the unit for a refund. The next email from Support said that they would replace the broken parts, even though I had indicated that I no longer wanted the item. The next message told me that since I had the Route protection and the scooter was damaged in transit, I would need to file a claim with the Route support team. I then completed the claim with pictures and Route support determined that since the original packaging was not damaged or tampered with that the issue was a manufacturing problem and I needed to go back to support. I was quite frustrated and disappointed at this time when the Support Team responded with this message: "Hello Thank you for your continued support. You can first contact the router provider to file a claim. Then check the result of your claim. If you need a refund, you can also contact the courier company directly. Best regards. Sidereal from Hoverfly Support Team" This made no sense! Somehow it was then decided that the Route team considered it damaged in transit and a refund was created. Of course I had to go back to the Support Team to request return shipping. A UPS shipping label was provided but Hoverfly would not pay for a pickup so we should take the scooter to a UPS facility. The unit weighs 100 lbs and my husband is disabled. Fortunately we were able to arrange for a UPS pickup that we paid for. Overall, if a customer orders a product and everything is satisfactory, I'm sure there are no complaints. If there is an issue, however, and the customer needs to communicate the problem the Support Team is poor. Issues need to be addressed by speaking to a human instead of waiting for emails that arrive in the middle of the night with 1 line. The Route Support team however, appeared to be local and their messages were more detailed and understandable.

I received my T3 scooter but it has a faulty battery. Therefore, I cannot use it. I have a $500 scooter collecting dust. I was told by customer service that the issue was a faulty battery and I would be sent a new one. It’s been 2-3 weeks and no update.. no battery. I would welcome status from Hoverfly

Purchased disc brake after purchasing front wheel assembly. Wheel assembly was pictured with disc brake; disc brake was not included. Called and asked about missing part was advised not included I would need to purchase separately. The item not available on website to purchase separately. Had to wait for an email 4 days, then purchased Disc brake. Now I’ve received the disc brake and there is no hardware to attach to wheel assembly. I asked specifically to ensure I had everything needed to replace the entire front wheel assembly… still waiting

Ordered over a month ago and the scooter has still not even been shipped. I have contacted their customer service multiple times and they keep apologizing and saying they will expedite the shipping. Buyer beware. We are contacting our credit card company to contest this as fraud at this point.
