The technicians were outstanding.
The technicians that came to my house to rewire my attic were exceptional. They were very professional and courteous. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they were very patient with me and explained all they were doing. I never go in the attic and they informed me of the situation I had there. I feel that Moises and William deserve an employee of the month award for their outstanding work. I will recommend your company to anyone because of their service.

Fixed What AT&T Could Not
Moises came out and hardwired my wireless system, where AT&T repairman told me it could not be done I have used these guys to set up 5 different televisions with wall mounting as well as my sound bar. They are the best I have ever encountered for in home media installation I am going to try out their new security department to add some additional features to my new system

A Satisfied Customer Twice Over
When my wife & I first moved to Houston in late September 2013, we utilized Houston Custom Installers (HCI) to wall mount our flat screen TVs (two 58" plasmas and an older 42" LCD). That installation went smoothly and professionally. We were so satisfied with the quality of service that we recently asked HCI to advise us on replacing the failing 42" TV with a current state-of-the-art "smart" TV. We purchased a new 55" Samsung 8000 series LED "smart" television from HCI at a competitive price and again used their installation services. We are happy to report that we are very satisfied customers "twice over". We would recommend HCI to our friends and family.

Arrived on time and provided excellent service
The customer service rep was polite and knowledgeable, she patiently answered all of my questions. The uniformed tech arrived on time, installed my brand new smart TV and explained it operates. I recommended them to my friends.

Anthony was amazing
When Anthony arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done and walked me through every step of the process. Any time he was going to do something he asked me permission first and explained the process. We had two large speakers that we needed mounted in the back of the and I loved that he didn't have to cut holes in my ceiling. Anthony was so professional and my living room looks great. To top it off the price was really affordable. Great job!!!!
