Houston Custom InstallersReviews of houstoncustominstallers.com

I have only great things to say about Houston Custom Installers after my recent TV Wall mount and Soundbar set-up. Everyone who I interacted with there was extremely patient, understanding, and friendly. I reached out to them before I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my audio in my living room, and they helped me better understand the different solutions available. I scheduled and re-scheduled my install appointment a couple of times, however, they were extremely forgiving. I worked closely with Alina, one of the phone receptionists, who was accommodating and knowledgeable. Even if she didn't have the answer right away, she would always get back to me promptly. The install itself also went smoothly. I received a call ahead and they installers showed up within the given time frame. They performed the install efficiently and were extremely respectful of my home and my belongings. I highly recommend using this company for your technology needs!

My Tv looks great. I wish i could remember the name of the tech that came out but he did an awesome job. Great communicator and did excellent work.

Both techs were friendly on time and tv looks great

Very helpful and would definitely use them again

Installation was done to the good quality. Courteous,Knowledgeable installer. Finished and cleaned the space. Excellent work

I can't remember the names of the installers that came (I apologize), but they were extremely nice and helpful. Great Job!!

The installer was quick and professional. He left the area clean and even cleaned up some extra wires that were just hanging around. Will use again!

He did a wonderful job of mounting the TV. One thing I liked is that the wires are not seen in front of the wall. He made it run behind the wall. Overall work was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to others.
