There is a free? trial where you enter your credit card. I didn't like it and tried to cancel. I received a 49.60 charge on my credit card on May 24. I called to cancel. There is a circuitous procedure to even request to cancel. I was told I couldn't cancel but on June 24, they would lower my monthly charge to 19.00? I said "No!" Then they said they would give a $25 coupon to a restaurant. They sent me an email with a pin number that took me to a site that said nothing about a $25 restaurant coupon. Shoppringrewardcenter - questionable site. They are crooks. I don't want to give 1 star but couldn't do review without it. They should get zero stars.

As a real estate broker, I would like to tell you to save your money and NOT pay for this "service" or others like them! I am getting requests for information about properties I sold last year because they are showing up on this site (and others like it) as available listings. One sold last August but is showing as a new listing, 13 days on market on this site. One states it is a rent-to-own home, even though it had never been offered or marketed as such. These sites pull info from the MLS (free to use) and other sites which are mostly free. Unfortunately, the information is not verified, and they don't update it, like when prices change or the homes sell. You will be better contacting and working with 1 local real estate professional that you can get along with than paying for these services that don't care if the info they present is accurate.

Signed up for a $1 free trial in January 14, 2023. When I tried to cancel the full access membership online, I didn't have the option to do so. I was charged $49.60 to my credit card on February 14, 2023 for the monthly membership. I called them to cancel my membership and request a refund of the charge. They insisted on giving me a 60% discount and after telling them several times I was not interested in the product they sent me an email to fill a refund application, print it and mail it to their address in Bakersfield CA for their legal department to review my account for possible refunds. Completely disappointing that they don't allow users who sign up to cancel memberships online or delete the billing information (credit card) from their system and unreasonable to have to physically mail an online merchant to request a refund. I have contacted my bank to dispute the charge instead.

I was trying to find Section 8 or Hud approved homes for rent in my area and housinglist.com came up in the search results on Google so I clicked on it! And after I found one that looked promising I clicked on it! And when I clicked on view more pictures it said I had to register in order to view more pictures which threw up a red flag with me, but after putting in my name, email address and telephone number !I was supposed to hit continue but I read what it said underneath Continue and thank goodness I read it before continuing on! This is what it said! (By clicking "Continue" I agree to: (1) be contacted by Lexington Law Firm or Ovation Credit Services, Inc., a LendingTree company, about credit repair or credit repair marketing by a live agent, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text at my residential or cellular number, dialed manually or by auto-dialer, and by email (consent to be contacted is not a condition to purchase services); and (2) the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use (including this Arbitration provision). (3) be contacted at the phone number provided (consent is not a condition to purchase services) and via email by HousingList.com or Third Parties about this property and to present credit related offers by phone, including pre-recorded messages, text, and/or automatic telephone dialing system; and (4) HousingList.com's Terms of Use & Privacy Policy.) In my opinion this is fraud, and it needs to be investigated. This is not legitimate and I absolutely would not use this website ever again, and I wouldn’t suggest anybody else using it either because they’re selling your personal information! And I doubt they have anything to do with the homes they’ve got listed either! Again, please do not use this website! Also, I took a screenshot of it and back completely out of it before hitting the continue button!
