We understand that you are disappointed. We explained to you that your order was shipped just before these extremely low temperatures hit the country and especially your home state of Colorado. For this reason, your plant was lost and did not arrive at its destination. We have informed you that we will send a new plant as soon as the weather permits.(of course!). We are very sorry this happened to your order, but the reality is that sometimes there are situations that are beyond anyone's control.
