SCAM SCAM SCAM Ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on 12/16/21 Paid extra for expedited delivery. Was supposed to be here Monday 12 20 21 but did not arrive. Called number listed on my confirmation email to contact them: there's nobody ever available to answer the phone at customer service or the operator. The email I was given seems to be a fake email. Had to have my card cancelled and file a claim because I did not receive the items and there is no way to reach them. Tried to leave a message at customer service but it malfunctions and doesnt allow a message to be left. I believe this company is a SCAM.

How difficult is it to process a refund? My order was cancelled by HouseofBeauty and I was promised the refund on 27 September 2021. We are in December and they just do not respond to any emails. They have my products and my money. The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because I cannot give them 0. Do not trust this company.

Ordered 2 items weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately. No product has arrived. No response to emails. If you do order from them, be sure to use a credit card. I’ve disputed with Discover. Will contact Pennsylvania Consumer complaint agency next,

I ordered 8 suntan lotions in spring 2020 (!!). Received the wrong SPF, 8 in stead of 30. Totally useless for my fair skin. Still, in April 2021 (!!!) they have not come back to me! SCAM, do not order here!!!!

Charged our card but never received mechandize Placed an order back on February 26th. Charged our my credit card but I have never received the merchandise. Never responded to email inquiring on the status of the order. It has now been a month and I have not received my order.

My order never came, until I followed up with tons of emails I got a response of the items being out of stock and that I should wait for a refund, to this day 15 of January 2021 I am still waiting. (The order was placed on the 1st of December 2020)

I don’t know worse place to buy online. Customer service is terrible. Delivery time is extremely long, if you’re lucky enough you would get it in 2 weeks. You put items in the basket, you pay for your shopping and then you receive a call that few things are out of stock 🤯 I tried order more than once and it was always the same. I don’t recommend at all.
