Asked for a refund
Asked for a refund, website stated if you want a refund you will receive it "No questions asked." Questions were asked, Dave didn't like my answers and I have not received a refund.

Chris Kennedy said he "loves the spreadsheet", but had an issue unprotecting the sheet so he ended up using a "password breaking macro" to hack the spreadsheet . After receiving an email from Chris hearing about his issues unlocking the spreadsheet, we promptly responded within 5 minutes and told Chris how to easily unlock the spreadsheet. He then sent a follow up question about how to enter data into the Rehab Analyzer, which again we promptly responded to. Finally, after promptly responding to all of Chris' support questions, he decided he still wanted a refund to 'get his time back' that he wasted hacking the spreadsheet using the password breaker. Yes, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee, "no questions asked", but the reason we asked Chris questions was because he said he "loved" the spreadsheet, but was having technical issues that were very easily solvable. If Chris had asked those support questions as soon as they were encountered we would have promptly responded and would have saved him a lot of time trying to hack our spreadsheet. At this point, it really just seems like Chris is taking advantage of small business' generous refund policy so he can get a free product (that he "loves") that he is going to use again-and-again on future deals.
