HouseCashinReviews of housecashin.com

nice reviews but none in the past 2 years...wonder why

I reached out to Housecashin to sell my property located in New Jersey. I worked with Jordan Correy and he made it easy and hassle-free. Even though we ran into some problems with the title company, Jordan was able to help overcome the issues and made sure we got the process to the finish line in the time I requested. I recommend anyone looking to sell their property to give these guys a call and ask for Jordan. "

Great company! I have lived in my house for the last42 years and finally, I decided it was about time to sell the house and move on with my life. I contacted a few other companies, they come and check the house they make me an offer, but I was not very impressed with their attitude and professionalism. I was getting the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me and my situation. And then I contacted House Cashin. A gentleman named Nicholas Sinopoli answered the phone and right away after a few minutes talking to him on the phone I was sold. He offered me to come over and check the house the next day and I agree to it. I come to find out that Nicholas was very professional and knowledgeable and most of all he take his time and he answered all my question. One month later the house was sold thanks to Nicholas and I was starting a new life in a great new location. I will strongly advise anyone looking to sell their house in the Houston Texas area to call House Cashin and specifically request to speak to Nicholas Sinopoli. You will not regret it.

I talked to Anthony a couple of times and then 30 days later I signed 6 papers and had money in my account in less than 3 hours. Now I’m out from under a house that was going to cost me money. Thanks for everything

On January 20, 2020, I wrote a bad review of House Cashin. I have tried to change my review due to some hard work by this company. Trustpilot will not let me edit the review so i am writing a new review. I can say I respect this company and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had a great experience with House Cashin. I worked with Anthony Martin and he made the entire process extremely easy. I will certainly utilize their services in any future transactions.

Anthony at House Cashin helped me sell my rental house in Plano, TX. He made the process very simple, even though I was out of the country! We agreed on a price and a closing date and then electronically signed a contract. As soon as my notarized original documents were received at the title company, I received my funds. From start to finish was less than 1 month - no commissions, no title costs, no renovations, no fees. I highly recommend House Cashin!

My name is Paul, I reached out to House Cashin in Houston TX to buy my home. They immediately came out to take a look and made an offer on the spot. Anthony Martin was super friendly and helpful. My home is in Galena Park Houston and this company did great with getting the job done fast and smoothly."
