I am in the process of building my home and needed money to fund the project. I reached out to the House Cashin team Richard came out, took some pictures of my house and was able to give me a cash offer very quickly! Richard was kind and even agreed to give me a 6-month leaseback, rent-free, so I could stay in my current house here in Houston while waiting for my home to be built. The House Cashin family was very accommodating. I would refer them to anyone looking to sell quickly!

Awesome experience. This representative was a pleasure to work with and make my experience hassle-free. I will refer to family and friends

Professional, fast, good option for our needs.

My father was sick and needed assistance on selling his property. It was occupied with a renter so I called the House Cashin Team to see what they could do for us. Without question, they were able to help me with everything that I needed assistance with. There were a few issues with the property like lightning striking. The House Cashin team was able to make a very stressful situation less stressful and I greatly appreciate that. This is a company I would look forward to working with down the road!

Great company to work with. We were able to complete a transaction with them on a piece of commercial property on a timely basis. They used a local title company and paid all of the closing costs. Richard was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Closed quickly and in a timely basis. I would recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

This was my first time working with Property Cashin and I’m glad I did! I thought it would be a hassle as I’m from California, and working on purchasing a property in Ohio, but Richard and Sam made the process of purchasing and closing out of state very smooth. They kept a great line of communication, keeping me updated with everything that was going on, which allowed me to feel comfortable. The property was $0.60 on the dollar, there was a clear title, and it was drama free. I’m glad we were able to work together and will be working with them for time to come!

I found this contact on Google and called them. I spoke with Sam. Sam was very helpful and polite. He agreed to help me sell my property and within days I had interested buyers ready to see my property. He told me that it should sell within a month and he was right. I think it was about 3 weeks and we signed a contract and closed a week later. I plan on using Sam again in the future.

Living in the Spring area of Houston, I didn't know if I would get a fair offer; my house, like many others on my street, was affected by Hurricane Harvey. I reached out to several businesses looking for the highest bid and House Cashin delivered. They needed access twice and in the time of those quick and seamless viewings, there were investors at my property. The investor we went with was a hard money lender which allowed us to close like promised. There was a bit of an issue with title at the end, but Richard was able to crack the whip to get funding to hit within the month like promised. After everything came to a close, House Cashin agreed to give an extra weekend for us to get everything moved, which allowed for an easy and very simple process. I really appreciate the efficiency and dedication from House Cashin. I would go back any time I have a house I need to be sold cash!
