Essential to our business. We've been using Hourly for over a year and it has helped us become a better business. We used to deal with payroll with an off-site accountant and it was a pain. We had to submit hour logs, hope that no mistakes were made, and it did not reflect the actual cost of labor since employees. With hourly, we know our payroll cost to the penny by the minute. We also started to use their worker's comp services and it has been amazing to have both payroll, workers comp, and timesheet tracking all on one platform. It is now easy to run payroll and get checks either shipped to our office or we conveniently print them at our office. With no reservations, we would recommend Hourly for timesheet tracking, payroll services (paying state/fed taxes), and workers comp to all businesses looking to focus less on these items and more on the business. Hourly app is very user friendly and makes it possible to get forms very quickly. The staff always picks up the phone and makes themselves available when extra assistance is needed. Thank you!!
