HoufyReviews of houfy.com

Saved a ton of money on our vacation rental. Check here before you go booking on the corporate run sites. Will be booking again soon!

I contacted Houfy because I want to list my properties in Costa Rica as a US expat but wasn't sure about the Square/Stripe payments since they restrict to certain countries. I was promptly answered by the Founder/CEO of Houfy who said I should be able to list with a US address. With this response I will be listing in short order!

Fantastic site connecting you directly with owners and avoiding the agent fees! WOW! Great properties, at great prices

As a short term accommodation provider we are loving Houfy. We are in control of everything, no relying on a third party. Guests love it because our prices are often 20% lower than we can offer on other sites.

Houfy is incredible! Why pay expensive service and booking fees to sites like Airbnb and VRBO when you can book directly with the owner? The site is extremely well designed and mirrors that of Airbnb. Highly recommend using this platform.

A truly revolutionary idea in short term rental listings! Houfy offers vacation rental homes without all those service fees, commissions, or annual subscriptions. I guide potential guests to my website where I’ve used the houfy embed tools that link up to my listing where they complete their booking transaction. It makes the process so simple! This is not like airbnb, vrbo, or those other popular online travel site. Houfy allows hosts to have total freedom to set their own cancellation, guest screening and security deposits. With my reservations dried up on those other platforms I've found a huge potential for revenue in book direct marketing using Pinterest ads to target guests who really love my space for it's uniqueness. And that makes me happy!

Houfy (HOUse For You) is quite a new, but rapidly growing, listing site for holiday rentals worldwide. It’s a great alternative for the established Online Travel Agencies, that are continuously increasing their fees for both owners and guests, and limiting the owner’s control over their property. Houfy is a state-of-the-art website, fee free to list a property for owners, and fee free to book for travelers. Houfy has ethical business operations and very helpful members. In the Facebook group "Say yes to Houfy", questions from members on various topics are answered quickly and accurately. I heartily recommend Houfy; for both, owners and for travelers. I Say yes to Houfy !

Houfy is a holiday rental platform FREE for owners to list and FREE for travelers to book their holidays without the big service fees that the likes of Airbnb charge. Houfy gives back owners control of our own properties, exactly where it should be. The platform is easy to use and as owners we even get input into features we would like to see incorporated so everyone matters. The support group for owners is amazing and I am extremely grateful for the creators hard work. What has been happening lately with the big Online Travel Agents due to Covid19 really highlights the importance of owners having control over their hard earned investments. Travel the world with HOUFY and save on service fees! You won't regret it!
