Houfy is an easy platform to use and as a host I receive the booking fees much more quickly than other STR platforms

The site is easy to use and the Facebook page provides helpful and quick customer service! It’s nice being able to offer a direct booking site with no extra fees to my guests.

Houfy is a terrific platform to host or book a vacation rental allowing you to save on booking platform services fees! We love Houfy.

Some difficulty in knowing when a guest had paid and the property was booked. I’m sure I will get better with more use of the site. I will be adding 3 more properties. I signed up for your premier plan and I’m not sure what I’m getting for that but will try to track that down. I also do most of my management on my phone so I would really appreciate an app. Inconvenient to log in every time. I plan in the future to promote and use Houfy a lot to reduce costs for us and our clients.

They seem genuinely focused on providing a cost effective, purpose driven platform for hosts. In other words, they seem to be currently doing what they say. That is different, sadly, from what most businesses do these days. In particular, other such services are more about how they can leverage money out of hosts and guests. Houfy seems to have priorities correct. Yes, making what is needed to keep Houfy running and improving is important. But, moving forward by finding out what a preponderance of hosts need and then providing them with a cost benefit analysis before doing anything to get a consensus is the right way to proceed. They seem to be doing that. As long as they do ... 5 stars and GO HOUFY! Other places just come up with bogus "improvements" as leverage to charge outrageous prices to improve their profits while they claim, "we're doing it for you". That is not the Houfy way. GO HOUFY!!

I needed another way for guests I find through my own ads to direct book my short term rental without the high fees other platforms charge. The creators of Houfy fill that niche beautifully, while being very responsive to feedback from owners and hosts who like more control of their own listings.

I love Houfy! Great customer service. The few times I have had issues I was helped right away. The site is easy to use for me as the owner and the vacationer.
