Please do not take my word . . . . . Try calling them yourself @ 1-845-499-1899 and try to get a real person. Or, try to get a return email, a return message from their "online" chat, It is impossible. Imagine what happens when you have a problem? Purchase elsewhere at any cost! Update 5/17/16...the 914-237-0606 phone number in small print on their website does work. I actually got a live person and my issue will hopefully be soon resolved. I still believe extensive searches and detective work should not be required to resolve a packaging content damage issue.
