I was sent an immitation cologne
I was sent an immitation cologne. Followed the return instructions and never got my money back. I was ripped off for $75.00. This company is a fraud!!! Beware and know what you're doing!

Horrible Site.- Total Fake Dior Sauvage
I ordered a bottle of Dior Sauvage. IT WAS A COMPLETE FAKE. Do NOT buy from here at least not Dior Sauvage or creed. Smells totally different. HORRIBLE. NEVER buy from here. Horrible site. Shipping takes forever. Total fake cologne. Horrible customer service.

I got Ceed perfume for men
I got Ceed perfume for men. It is total fake, came in a box with label peeling off. Scent, bottle and writing on a box and a bottle tottaly wrong. Tried to contact them via email- no answer.

Bad Product, possible counterfeit. No refund.
Purchased a perfume in December. What they sent us was not at all what the original ( Jadore) perfume smells and looks like. The package and bottle look real, but the perfume is not. I since have attempted contact, which was only successful via email, up to the point of sending it back for a refund. That was the last time I heard from them. No further email or refund received. Attempted to intervene with BBB but all the business (hottperfume) respond is “this has been addressed” with no explanation. Rip off, counterfeit, STAY AWAY

This company is a rip-off,,,don't expect to receive your product or any response when you try to contact them. Telephone you will get a recording with an e-mail address that does not work!!!, YOU WILL THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY !!!!!! If you want an expensive education ,,, just try them !! I got a $90.00 education ,,, research from web retailers before you purchase ,, protect your card and your money ,,, BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do not buy from this place
Do not buy from this place. I bought Polo Sport for a Xmas gift. It came about a quarter empty, with stuff floating in it. I have placed several calls emails to hottperfume and they have not responded.

Fake product
I waited forever to get my product and when i did it was fake. This is the cologne by husband has been wearing for 8years and it smelled nothing like it. There is no customer service phone number or way to contract this company. Currently in the process of disputing this transaction.
