Love our Hot Spring Azure we purchased in Christchurch 2 years ago, there was a fault in the electric plug recently, Shane was sent out from the Hornby office and replaced it immediately, shared information regarding chemicals and general usage, inspected the pool and cover. Absolutely brilliant.
