Hot ProspectorReviews of hotprospector.com

It’s a dialer platform that simplifies the process. You don’t need to worry about KPI tracking, you don’t need to worry about speed to lead, and you don’t need to worry about lead distribution. This is something that every agency needs, and we receive it at a great cost per month and amazing support from Mark and the HotProspector team. If you’re on the edge of trying out the software, I can proudly say that I’ve tried 3 different dialers and I recommend HotProspector everytime.

Hot Prospector has honestly made a huge difference for us. The follow-up process used to feel like a mess... too many leads slipping through the cracks, too much time spent chasing people down. Now, with the HP dialing system, everything feels more organized and efficient. It’s super easy to use, and we’re able to reach out faster, stay consistent, and actually see progress with our outreach. The tracking tools are also a big win. It takes the guesswork out of everything and helps us stay on top of our agents and pipeline without stress. And I’ve got to say, the support team is amazing!!! Any time we’ve run into a question or needed a hand, they’ve been right there with real solutions, not just canned responses. You can tell they actually care. If you want a system that helps you dial smarter and faster, Hot Prospector is totally worth it.

Hot Prospector has really aided our agency to scale up as well as maintain our current clients. The main features of spam/carrier block bypassing, speed to lead, call volume increases and ease of use for our setters have been amazing for us. Mark's highly knowledgeable and has been a great help and friend - his solid team also reflects his values and they've created a product that's been a more than worthwhile investment.

I had 0 experience in having a call center and dialing using a dialing software. HP changed everything for us internally. The help you get it’s out of the world and they will guide you through all. Don’t know how we’d survive without it. Thanks Mark and Jonathan for all ongoing support.

We've been using HotProspector for around 3 months now consistently and it has been an absolute gamechanger for our agency. We've got 70 clients and 15 call centre agents, before HP things were a nightmare in terms of management and figuring out our agents REAL sale ability as it was always affected by which agent was managing which client. The round-robin approach HP gives us makes things super easy to manage, super easy to onboard staff and also means that we can crush on speed to lead. Our team dials DOUBLED as soon as we got onto HP, we were able to fire three underperforming team members and we've also seen a consistent 20% growth in bookings each month, yesterday alone we did 41 bookings. In summary, if you run an agency and you're still using GoHighLevel to run your call centre you are leaving your sanity and money on the table. FINAL NOTE: Mark and the team are absolute killers when it comes to customer support and service, I have never seen anything like it, sometimes I wonder if Mark actually has a twin brother who swaps shifts with him.

If you are using HighLevel and generating leads for yourself or your clients, and need to call your leads... then you must look at Hot Prospector. Hot Prospector call center software integrates seamlessly with HighLevel and is built for individual business or multiple locations. Speed to lead is key and by using this software, you can increase the bottom line from 30-70%.
