the company is a scam and if you ever what to stop your membership no one will talk to you it is all ai. I would stay far away from this company, I tried to cancel my membership an hour after I did it. That was 2 years ago and they still charge my card and I have to fight the charges all over again. I have had to cancel my cards

When you initially contacted us, we were unable to locate an account because the membership was not under the name or email address you provided. After our CEO, Shawn Pigg, personally spoke with you, it was determined that the membership was actually under your wife's name and email address. Once the correct information was provided, we immediately located the account, processed the cancellation, and confirmed that no further billing would occur. We also offered a refund as a gesture of goodwill, but you declined that offer. Our goal is always to resolve customer concerns quickly and fairly. Unfortunately, we cannot access or modify an account when the identifying information provided does not match our records. We remain committed to providing excellent service and wish you the very best.
