I booked via hotels.com into a hotel/apartments which I thought was mediocre. When they asked me to review the hotel, I gave it only 3 stars out of 5; then, hotels.com asked me to modify my review to give more details. So I did and I followed all the rules. They still refusef to submit my review since it was only 3 stars out of 5. I will never deal with hotels.com ever again since they refuse to accept honest comments about their offerings.

We book an accomodation through hotles.com and arrived today, only to discover that there's no reception and we cannot acces the appartment. The property is now demanding an additional $600 "security deposit" by whatsapp before giving us the keys, asking us to send the money via PayPal to gmail address. This additional payment was not cleary disclosed in Hoteles.com conditions. We have contacted both the property and hoteles.com, but despite the property initially confirming they would issue refund, we are still being refused a refound and without accomodation in NYC. Hoteles.com doesn't want to see the scam and support us. We consider the situation extreamly serius and potentially fraudulent. We have ketp screenshots and evidences of all communications. Hoteles.com: we strongly urge you to investigate this property and resolve this immediatly . We should not be left without accomodation after booking and paying thorugh the platform.

A la hora de hacer dos reservas resulta que las dos han salido en el mismo dia y no en dias consecutivos. he llamado al instante para informar de mi error y no me han hecho ni caso. Pierdo el dinero. No volvere a usar HOTELES.COM a pesar de que soy cliente GOLD. Menudo sin verguenzas

Malissima ,aunque hagas reserva reembolsable no te devuelven el dinero pones una fecha y la aplicacion te la cambia y luego no te lo arreglan dicen que se ponen en contacto cob el hotel y es mentira

Apestan y roban en las resevas, reserve con error y al minuto lo note y me dijerom pelas, ya no se puede hacer nada, igual y reporte con mi tarjeta, soy usuario de más de 20 anos buscaré otra opción aquí roban

No reservéis con hoteles.com. Yo lo he hecho y si bien me cambiaron de hotel, me mandaron a uno en las afueras cuando el primero estaba en el centro. Me dijeron que estaba a tres kilómetros del inicial, y estaba a 7 con lo que tuve que moverme usando el coche.

Cuando recibes la confirmacion de una reserva no indican si incluye el desayuno ni tampoco baño privado o compartido. Es muy complicado utilizar los puntos Rewards, ponen toda clase de problemas.
