Sehr freundliches Hotel

It was super easy to book the rooms I needed.

Super clean rooms and a convenient location.

The lakeside 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. We had unbelievable views of the lake with the mountains as the backdrop. Could not be prettier. The beds were very comfortable and the laundry facilities with provided soap were so clutch. This is a wonderful hotel and place to stay in Queenstown.

Very clear price and quick checkout

It was easy. Staff is very professional

Convenience, easy to access on the internet.

Very straightforward process. I could see full pricing information and details of the rooms. Data entry was easy, and process was followed quickly by confirmation emil.
