The people at the front desk were so kind and knowledgeable about the city. Claudia was especially helpful to my friend who had a baggage problem with SAS. The hotel is beautiful and kept up so we'll. Great room. Also liked our dinner at the Grill and breakfast every day was spectacular!

Nice place. Continental breakfast was great! Much better all the way around than your average hotel. Room was nice and spacious. A/c was a little noisy, but did the job for the most part.

Everyone was helpful from The doormen , front desk, concierge , hosts and hostesses and housekeeping. The restaurant is spectacular at am, lunch and dinner. I will stay here again!
