My designer was responsive, quick to answer phone calls and emails, and delivered the website in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied.

Being that this was my first website experience, I was worried about what all work would be required on my part. I did have to provide the text I wanted on each of my pages (I do believe they have copywriting services though), but I knew that I was eventually going to have to iron out a mission statement and "about us" statement anyway. I locked myself in my office for a couple of hours, sent over what I had, and my designer took care of the rest. The design, photos, everything. The website turned out great! I would really recommend HotDoodle, they make the process simple and straightforward, and the results will exceed your expectations.

Being somewhat picky myself, I had a specific vision of what I wanted in my website. I gave some ideas to my web designer at HotDoodle, and showed her examples of what I meant. She acknowledged my ideas, and gave me some suggestions which made me feel she truly understood what I was going for. When she delivered my mockup - I was delighted! I previously wasted a lot of money for several months with a different company (making so many noises in town) that delivered nothing real with some $100 per months as fee forever. The site they created for me had nothing functional for six months (phone never rings, ecommerce never acceted any payment, etc...) and their service was terrible...Now that I found HotDoodle, the site they designed for me is fully functional and their service was great They did not overpromised anything and I also like their low maintenance forever. All my friends overseas like the site. Plus, I can edit it easily myself very easily...I am so happpy and found this great web design group...Thank you guys and continue the great works!

HotDoodle was very easy to use and the customer service was excellent. Everyone I spoke to was very responsive and truly seemed to care about my satisfaction. I'm very happy with the job they did creating my website. I love how easy they make it to edit the site on my own.
