Fraudulent Hosting Service
Their hosting service was non-functional and all their support staff did was pass the buck on by creating a new ticket. It became a ticket creation circle! I canceled within hours and they refused to refund my money in any capacity. They continue to ignore me and Paypal as well. They really need my $50 that badly! I consider them scam artists who should be reported to the government!

We were unable to provide a refund because a chargeback was performed prior to our billing team being able to assist further and in accordance to our refund policy: https://www.hostwinds.com/product-docs/billing/refunds. Regarding support, we can see there is one ticket where we were reviewing your situation. However, our support became limited quickly because of your chargeback performed a few hours after your service was activated. We would of loved the opportunity to assist, but unfortunately the chargeback suspends services until the matter can be rectified.
