Having used a few hosting providers before - Hostwinds appears to be one of the best for support. I tried to install Wordpress update by my own and got php and MySQL errors after that. After 10 minute chat with support agent I was redirected to the tech suppport department (was created ticket on my behalf). Another 10 mins - and site was restored! Even more I was asked if I still want to have update installed - I agreed and it was done for me. My skills are not good at all - but to my luck I have provider with excellent support by hand!

Support from them is amazing. I sent in a total of 4 support tickets with 2 days of joining them and they were all answered with a couple hours...I have never seen this in my life with hosting businesses! Crazy good.

On transferring to Hostwinds, I firstly found that I got answers to my emails very promptly, often within an hour, or even less. This is amazing! Alex was also in the same time zone as myself, which was a great bonus, as we could have multiple exchanges during a business day. I'm a very happy customer. Thanks so much!
