after 4 months
My initial data: Using basic web hosting on their Dallas server (dal-shared-23.hostwindsdns.com) since December 2018. My site (astyr.org) is running on OSSN application. It was installed with help of Softaculos script collection they have. Process of usage: Site is fast, no problems with adding new participants to my network. Client service: I always see chat assistant live when I’m in my client area. Feel comfortable with that. After 4 months of using I can recommend this provider.

my points
Hi, 1. They offer choice between Dallas and Seattle. I'm on Seattle server. 2. They send a kind of useless ticket: "#01092019386-3604217 - Order Held for Manual Review" has a line: "Skrill, BitCoin No further information is required from you, your order will be processed shortly." I used Bitcoin. Useless ticket for me. 3. I was able to start using services in 2 minutes after the payment. 4. Service of host winds is good and fast. I do not expect much from simple shared hosting.
