It actually took me two days before i was able to make the payment for webhosting as my PayPal account was complaining of payment limit and i couldn't resolve it until i was able to chat with a Hostripple representative who helped to enable card payment and immediately i inserted the card details, the payment was approved and was successful. very seamless.

Host service is good. However please take care of flat rate offer. There is no flat rate. They are offering one time offer under the name of Flat Rate. This is support team's answer to me. Yes, it is a flat discount as we are running a promotion currently. So the renewal cost is set up as per the regular price. Though this is rare case, if you have come across this situation you can share the transaction id or screenshot of the payment and our billing team will manually verify the payment and mark your invoice as paid.
