This is a very good host with a lot of premium features. The service has been great.

Only time will tell how great a service provider truly is. Right now I can base my review on a limited number of factors and a 4/5 is very fair for any hosting service this early on. Onboarding: I signed up for a test account and the experience could have been a little more clear. After the initial account creation email, there is a bit of time until setup of the actual hosting plan happens and the welcome email that follows. I got the account setup/control panel email first and thought this was the “welcome” email. This was minor but it had me clicking around the backend for a bit to try and find my hosting. Your hosting plan is very easy to see once it is setup. Speed/FTP/SSL/Email: The hosting speed seems fine and reliable so far. FTP was easy to setup and connect to. I was able to work on my test site and account with a temporary URL and ftp setup while waiting for my DNS changes to propagate. SSL cert was simple to setup and the email forwards worked without issue. Overall, had the DNS propagation didn’t have issues (not Hostnirvana’s fault) I could have had a working landing page site up and running and taking leads within the same day of setup. I have not tested anything with a database need yet, but Wordpress would be a good test. Customer support: Responsive, friendly, and helpful. I had an issue with my DNS nameserver change and they were able to clear it up fast. All of this was done through the ticket system in the user dashboard and it's very easy to find. No need to hunt down a support email or deal with a chat bot. Create a ticket and the team seems to respond same day. Having said all of that, I’m happy to support good hosting with a team who seems to care about having a solid and longterm business. Cheers.
