His follow up and attention to detail made all the difference towards resolution. Being in good hands is something that is hard to come by now a days. I've used HMS for my credit card and e-check processing for more than 10 years. I've so rarely needed to contact them about my account, because everything always just works. I sincerely appreciate not getting bombarded with meaningless email marketing and correspondence pushing for upgrades. They've made my life easy by being consistently "up". This is one of my few vendors I can rely on to automatically work for my business 24/7. Today was one of the very few times I've ever needed to communicate with the company, and associate Caleb was able to get me what I needed in a phone call lasting less than 10 minutes - what a time saver!

I find the site very easy to access, easy to see information that has been processed, I like the monthly billing in the mail helps to make sure I don't forget the credit to the account. All very simple! I also like no PCI nightmares.
