Originally, we agreed to a deal with HostingBot where we would be able to colocate to their data center at no cost until the beginning of the next year and only need to pay $50/month if we were to get a customer at our full-service cost ($85/mo). After being removed from the support discord, our server was deracked and shut off the network access in the middle of doing something. Then, we were contacted and told to pay $85 for the deracking of the server (against our choice) and packing of the server in a box. We paid the bill as soon as possible, but to our surprise, we were put in a queue while they took 7 days to find a box to put our server in and ship the server out. Once the server was picked up finally from the data center. We were promptly banned from the site and billing panel.

Hello Chris, While your feedback is important to us we feel the need to correct a few misconceptions you left out of your review: Firstly, we had told you on multiple occasions verbally and in writing that we were not accepting any lower costs for colocation, you were there as a courtesy only and there was no contract regarding your server. Secondly, you were promptly removed from our discord because of the terms of service violations witnessed by multiple staff members and the community when you were told that we are not accepting a lower monthly payment. Thirdly, unfortunately, as you broke our Terms of Service, your colocation was ended (as it was there as courtesy only). We actually lost money returning the server to you as we only charged you for the deracking and outbound shipment handling. The data center charged an additional $10 for the shipping materials that we elected not to pass on to you. Lastly, your server was not switched off until it was deracked, only your switch port was deactivated. As a result, your RAID configurations would not be affected. While your server did take a few days to be deracked and packaged by the data center, we believe the deracking could of been more expediated on their part.
