Hello If you opened a ticket regarding the problem experienced today, we have already provided information. The network device was changed due to a network device failure. Hello there, There is no such customer in our records. If no refund has been made, it is likely abused. According to the Service Agreement, the account of people who use the server maliciously will be closed and no refund will be given.
