I have been using HostDash for many years now, and for the most part the support has been excellent and immediate. Today was less good, because my forum almost crashed, and I had to ask new questions over and over again, to which I kept getting vague answers. This changed to excellent when Alfarizi read the log and understood my problem, and made the necessary changes, so that everything now works as it should.

I use HostDash to host my web site. I had an obscure problem involving redirecting the www subdomain. Several support advisors came back with unhelpful advice. And then Ayu V. came on the scene and completely fixed the problem. He looked at the appropriate configuration file on my system, found the problem, fixed it, and then demonstrated that his fix actually solved the problem. I am very impressed. Thank you Ayu V. and thank you HostDash for employing such helpful people.

And that is a strong suit with Hostdash. A great value provider with excellent support. I trust them with my business. That should say it all!
