THey are so so and they use to have a online technical assistant but for a longtime they dont have it .Only for presale marketing is online. I ve been having many problems since i guess i m customer of them for about 6 years or more and many domains and hosting service i have with them. Lately some attack they had and ı had back up of only sql so i lost all the images in the one of the website. Took for them 1 week to open cpanel for me and i m still struggling with other 2 website to birng them back to life. Only answer via mails and even not enough clearance plus after 24 hrs or sometimes 48 hrs later. THinking of paying more and moving somewhere else more professional. BUt all in all except their technical support and consumer relation , still an option for small and non expensive business
