Disappointing first purchase
with HOROW. I purchased a toilet from them, and they shipped it using a delivery company that later claimed the package was overweight and could not be delivered. Because of this, the shipment was never completed. I have contacted HOROW multiple times trying to resolve the issue, but so far nothing has been fixed. At this point, they have my money and I still don’t have the toilet I paid for. This situation is very frustrating. Customers shouldn’t be left chasing a solution after paying for a product that never arrives. I hope HOROW steps up, takes responsibility, and resolves this properly.
