We love the T16 toilet. Highly recommend

pros: 1. Good looking, stylish design 2. Auto open and auto flush works great, just the right amount of sensitivity. 3. Shipping is fast, and packaging is great, the mail man dropped the box on my door step pretty hard, no damage to the toilet. 4. I received a battery pack separately in mail (didn't ask horow, didn't pay extra money), which can let the toilet flush during power outage. cons: 1. some scratches on the plastic lid, maybe caused by me during installation. 2. you need to press the wash button a second time to change from move wash mode to steady wash, took me a while to figure that out. This is not marked on the remote, also not mentioned in the user manual Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

We are very satisfied with the bidet. When we receive the battery on a separate shipment, we originally thought we had been scammed. It would’ve been good to be communicated with to let us know that they would be shipped separately. When I called the local number here in California the gentleman sent me an email, showing that the bidet was being shipped separately. so other than that scare for the day everything else as well. Thank you.

you need to provide one more Ratcheting Wrench tool for a better installaton experience or you need to provide a right installation manual
