We’d like to clarify that while we do offer discounted pricing through our subscription plans, those savings come with the condition that the subscription is maintained for at least two cycles. This is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions (Section 22.9.7) and during the checkout process. Customers who choose to cancel before the second charge are asked to pay the price difference between the discounted subscription and standard one-time pricing — this isn’t a fee, but rather an adjustment to ensure fairness across all customer types. We understand that this model may not work for everyone, and we’re always working to communicate these terms as clearly as possible. We’re also sorry to hear about the reaction you experienced. While this is very rare, we always recommend discontinuing use and reaching out to our support team in those situations, which it looks like you did.
